This option is ideal for anyone thinking about making the move to a Cardinal Ridge Residential Care community.  Take advantage of our Short-Stay or Respite care, and stay for just a week in your own private furnished room – or stay with us for as long as it takes to fully experience the Cardinal Ridge lifestyle.

• You will also receive the same services all residents enjoy – home-cooked meals, scheduled transportation, customized service and care plan and more.
• If you are being discharged from the hospital or nursing home, but still need rehabilitation, Short-Stay or Respite Care is the perfect option, offering the appropriate transition from hospital to home.
• For families or caregivers who need an occasional helping hand, let us help care for you while your loved one gets a well-deserved break.

Do you have a loved one who is not ready to go home alone?

Flexible, affordable, personalized care – Whenever it's needed, Short Term Stay Care is when you or your loved one have just been in the hospital or a nursing home, but aren't quite ready to go home, or for a caregivers well deserved break.

All the services you need for all residents, including those in our Short Term Stay program receive a service care plan to provide the appropriate combination of services, including:

• Daily assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assistance with medication.
• Dining assistance and special diets.
• Assistance with reminders and redirection.
